1. Description:
High Temperature Phenolic wheels are manufactured by impregnating and impregnating fibers with phenolic resin and molded under high pressure and high temperature. The resulting hard, high-temperature wheels are very suitable for carrying heavy loads. Lubrication For casters designed to operate at higher temperatures, manufacturers must use greases and other lubricants rated for high temperatures. If necessary, they also add seals to keep lubricant from running out of the casters.
Steel ball bearings in standard casters do not hold up well at high temperatures. Manufacturers usually use stainless steel with higher grades. Another option is to use bronze sleeves in the wheel bores instead of ball bearings; it has a higher temperature rating but doesn't roll. Bearings suitable for high temperatures must be selected to operate in high temperature environments.
